Common questions

You can block any dates you want with 15 days' notice. No charge for blocked days — your property, your calendar.
It depends on location, size and condition. In our free assessment we give you a real projection based on comparable properties — no inflated promises.
We manage the claim directly with Airbnb (AirCover covers up to $3M USD) or VRBO. We notify you immediately and coordinate any repairs.
Your responsibility is keeping utilities paid (electricity, water, internet) and approving major repairs. We handle everything else.
Yes. With 30 days' written notice. No penalties if the reason is dissatisfaction with our service.
