Fresh flowers and a bottle of mezcal welcome every guest. Housekeeping included Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Air coolers available in summer; portable heaters in winter.

Three-story contemporary townhouse with its own private entrance and wooden deck. Double-height windows flood the open layout with natural light. The main bedroom opens to a private balcony with tree views — a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city.
The uniqueness of this project is that the architect decided to make townhouses instead of apartments — each with its own private entrance and wooden deck. A three-story contemporary townhouse with a very open layout, where double-height windows allow natural light into the living rooms. The main bedroom with a private balcony is located on the 3rd level; both bedrooms and the deck have views of a beautiful tree creating a very peaceful light and view. An oasis in the middle of the city.
Note: A construction project is currently underway on a property in front of ours. Work is permitted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM — nights remain quiet. Guests who are particularly sensitive to daytime noise may wish to consider this before booking.

Casa Querida is a private architectural oasis designed by Manolo Mestre in the heart of Mérida. Thoughtfully restored using local materials and artisans, the home reflects a refined sense of "laid-back luxury" rooted in the Yucatán.
The house unfolds through a unique trapezoidal layout, opening gradually from the entrance into the heart of the home. Double-height ceilings, steel beams, and open living and dining areas set the tone. Beyond, a glass door leads into a lush garden where dense vegetation, palm canopies, and natural shade create a cool, immersive environment.
A central staircase rises beside an orange tree, guiding you toward the elevated pool terrace. From the pool, you'll find views of a majestic Ceiba tree — sacred in Mayan culture — along with Chakah trees and native vegetation. The house was designed around these elements, with most rooms opening toward the garden.
Each room offers a different perspective of the garden, creating a unique experience within the same shared environment. Ideal for group getaways, celebrations, or slow gatherings with friends and family.
Guest access: You'll have exclusive use of the full property — living room, dining area, garden, and pool. Ten rooms in total, with five thoughtfully prepared for guests.
Note: Casa Querida is designed as a calm and relaxed environment. The property is not suited for parties or loud gatherings.
We believe hospitality should feel effortless. Every Palma Viajera space is designed to offer comfort, clarity, and a sense of belonging.
